Comedic way of showing up a ridiculous law. So our police can now not be legally held accountable for their actions. Lovely.

We were talking about this on one of our latest Flickr photowalks - what would they do if several dozen of us turned up outside a police station snapping away at each and every officer?


ive been stopped and searched in london for just having a camera round my neck - police officer said he thought it was suspicous
was eating a chocolate brownie at the time - perhaps that was the dangerous item

Yes, I've been stopped and questioned by a police-officer for taking photographs in public and thus 'behaving suspiciously'. What was I taking pictures of? The M15 building in London? GHQ in Cheltenham? No, the new local Lidl store that had just opened near my home and the pictures were for a website promoting businesses in the town...
