Great post Matt - the pic reminds me of the time I came across a PC with holes drilled all over the casing for 'ventilation' and bubble-wrap inside 'to deaden the sound' - d'oh, the increased noise was due to the fact that:
A) HE HAD DRILLED NUMEROUS 1CM DIAMETER HOLES THROUGH ALL THE PANELS!
B) HE HADN'T TAKEN THE PANELS OFF TO DO IT AND ALL THE FANS WERE FULL OF SWARF!
I have some Kalms pills on my desk at home next to my computer for just such a situationI have some chill pills -would you like one ?
