I registered for this eons ago, when it first started (back in the day...!).

The guy who runs it, Ben something, is very good at sending emails saying: "we hope to have something sorted soon", but that's about all.

Think I registered in October sometime... I'm not holding my breath for anything soon!

I have been registered for some time now, but nothing yet, they have just announced they may be able to get discount on heating oil....
