    Yes, I think we do. For example to legally operate an amateur radio you need a licence, and to get a licence you must pass a test. And to drive a car on a public highway ...

    Can we do the same with cars then? Eg. driving controls should be better designed and vehicles should be more robust.

    I'm thinking... single-person zorb-like vehicles with mind-reading direction control
