Weirdly I don't have the 3D option....
The new apple maps is cr@p imho anyway!
I just searched for tahiti - apparently it's in S.W. London, near Richmond Park! Thankfully it's listed as an "approximate location"
What device do you have? It's not available on all.
What's more, the mountains grow and shrink as you look at them. It's curiously hypnotic.
