BT net migration ip address problems
I am having a problem with BT Net in that we have move site and had the leased line migrated. They have said they have migrated the ip address in e-mail this is not working. When I phone up they keep going on about changing the router ip address and that the Lan addresses are the same. But this our own router so all address should just hit the router the default gateway has been changed to the new one issued by BT. What do I say to get them to make it work? We do not want to change the ip address as the system is set up for the for a VPN.
