Just wanted to know if any other large schools are having what seems to be a caching issue from the service provided by BGFL/Link2ICT?
After we called them apparently all large schools are having this issue however just wanted other views/opinions and details :)

Seems ok here as well, but I've not got many users on at the moment.
It depends who you get through to, sometimes they are great, other times.....
There is a JANET issue related to theft of copper cable in the midlands area ATM IIRC.
Not sure if that will affect you.
