Any CachePilot experts out there?

We have a teacher who has managed to get herself 'banned' on her classroom PC by our CachePilot! (she claims she was only looking at educational stuff!).

She can access the Internet from any other school PC, but when on her own classroom PC she gets a strange 'Banned' error message that I have never seen before.

The CachePilot is clearly referencing the IP address on her classroom PC, but I am not sure how to reset this issue/ban???

I don't have a lot of CP experience, and cannot seem to find the right place to fix the problem on the CP menu.

Can anyone help please?
