One of my customers is a small charity and they have about a dozen computers and a BT business ADSL internet connection. They need some sort of internet filtering but have almost no money to spend on it.
Does anyone know if a good free solution? I've used Censornet in the past but its not free any more!!
All suggestions welcome please!

Squid and Dansguardian, and I think Smoothwall express does basic filtering.
Dansguardian And Squid!!
milhouse have you looked at K9. Installs locally on the workstation so no need for an additional server to run anything on.
Windows parental controls will do a good job (better than K9 as well IMHO) if they are running Vista or above and it is highly configuarble as well as providing good logs. Failing that, Dans Guardian if there is someone who knows how to set it up and run it.
You can get filtering on Draytek routers.
OpenDNS is also good and I would assume free for charities. Although I can't find any info on their site to back that up.
IPCop + DansGuardian - Nice GUI!
smoothwall worth a look
Used to use IPCop with Dansguardian but if you want the easy life Untangle is more integrated and seems equally as good on the free version
OpenDNS - Faster and More Reliable Internet
Easy to set up and it’s free.
Getting started on OpenDNS Premium DNS takes minutes; there are no downloads or additional software required and it’s completely FREE.
OpenDNS is a good internet filtering tool.
I now use OpenDNS on both of my daughter's laptops
