When our new fibre got put in (20mb connection on a 100mb bearer) I was getting test speeds of 60mb/20mb, which was pretty impressive! I love that the 20mb package is a minimum connection speed for us

we are on fiber its just capped down to 10mb!

Capita are taking over our LEA's WAN from Redstone and we might possibly be getting 100Mb connection!

I'm guessing SW knows it just scanned that file (based on hash) so it won't try to re-scan it until $certain_time_later.

Download > Scan File > present to user
Upload > Just scanned that, no need to scan > present to internet

Depending on the time of day in the office I get 90-95+, 80+ and 15-50ms

Worst I had was during Wimbledon and World Cup last year ... and it was interesting to watch the council badwidth graph on cacti ... maxed out solid each afternoon!
