Is anybody using Mahara? And has got LDAP to work?
I can see there is a plugin for it and its there i just can't seem to work out how to configure it! Also there doesn't seem to be alot of information on there site about setting it up.
Also if I link it to moodle will it use the moodle auth stuff?

27th April 2011, 10:21 AM #2 Search for mahoodle. There is a great document out there somewhere on integration.
I'll pop back later when i get a chance, but google mahoodle.
Yes users log in to moodle and clicking on a link on your front page auto logs you in to mahara.

To setup LDAP Authentication in Mahara you will need to go to the institution area in Site Administration.
Click 'Edit' on the main institution and from there you should see Authentication plugins. Add LDAP and then click on it to get the edit options to open up.

27th April 2011, 02:31 PM #11 That happened to me when My moodle and mahara times were not synched. Not sure how that would relate to your problem? Just a thought really.

Yeah strange - they are hosted on the same server so it could be that ie doesn't like that but not sure.
