    Many thanks for that.

I had an identical setup, except for the fact that I tried TCP first and the UDP, not both at the same time.

    I'll report back after testing.

Did you manage to get this working through Smoothwall? I'm currently trying to get it working through our new box and am having a little trouble.

I'm getting some URLs denied and can't seem to get them to go through. I've added them to an allowed filter list and also a list to bypass https interception but they are still blocked. I've attached a pic of the blocked URLs.

Yes I have. I've added to an allowed content list so it is not checked by content filters. I've also added it to a second list so that it is not checked by the HTTPS inspection policies.

I'll install it here and have a look if you are having trouble still.

    Mark,
you're still being blocked by the core blocked content rule as audio and video (http policy 5).
you'll need to sort that out first bud.

Copying and pasting all of those into our SWGFL filtering system fixed the issue for us last year. Don't think we had to make any changes on our Smoothwall box.

I've disabled the audio/video filtering from the 'Core blocked content'. I am now still getting the 'Forbidden (403)' errors for https://cp53221.edgefcs.net:80 and https://cp53221.edgefcs.net:1935

On the SWG-3600. We don't use the UTMs at the moment. The SWG connects to the LEA proxies.
