When testing any proxy site URLs, don't just see if the first page loads, see if it can load Facebook - a lot of proxies were open for me on RM until the point you actually tried to use it, and it then came up with the block. Which as you say, is by far the best way of these things being blocked

3rd March 2011, 10:19 AM #33 I have just tested another selection of videos. A lot do not play. However if the requested page scores too highly on the HGfL filtering system blocking kicks in. I have found some pages that will display fully so I have requested the block after all.

No, not being picked up on http. Other sites based on the same code are blocked but not this one. it's only getting 25 points which doesn't get it blocked...
