I am having issues with SWGFL unfiltered staff proxy filtering certain websites, the two main ones affected are Facebook and Keepvid.com (keepvid site unfiltered but download links are).
SWGFL are looking into it but are a little stumped, I put it down originally to a county policy but it does not appear to be the case.
Is this affecting anyone else in Dorset or is it just our school? All info appreciated.

18th June 2010, 08:46 AM #5 Facebook works fine for me on SWGfL in Gloucestershire. We have also used keepvid in the past.
Your users are logging onto the proxy arn't they? The proxy only becomes unfiltered once they've authenticated.
I've also found some times if an attempt has been made to access a site before authenticating you need to refresh the site after you've authenticated.
