    Smoothwall & BBC Iplayer Desktop

    Hi, I was wondering what ports I need enabling to allow BBC Iplayer Desktop to work.

    We are using Advanced Firewall 2008p0 final series-7.0 i386.

    I have found that 1947, 1948, 4000, 5000, 8888 need to be opened. Are these correct or are there any more that need opening.

    Not in the office at the mo - so hard to test... but will it not proxy over HTTP?
