    No Sound

We are subscribed to a site called Dynamo Maths which has all sorts of games etc on it.
The problem is that the sound doesn't work. You get the system-type sounds - eg the 'ping' when they get the sum right, but you should be able to click on the 'ear' symbol and hear the number.
I have tried it in IE, Firefox and Chrome with the same result.
I have uninstalled Flash and installed the newest version. Ditto quick-time. I have applied a registy entry I found (http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/audiosvr.reg and http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/netvol.reg) and tried to apply another one:
(sorry, have to write it out)

But I get an error -could someone see what is wrong?

Even if I get it working, I hold out no hope that it will work. It is definitely a problem somewhere on my system as the website works fine from home.
I have been searching for the past hour and a half, following all leads but come up with nothing

does it work anywhere in you school?

take a machine home with you and test it
or find an internet connection not running through any filters

for finding out if stuff is blocked via the lea i use fiddler2 to monitor all http traffic it tells you if the file is not accessable etc it might help

also, is your filtering county based?

Do you have access to an unfiltered stream? it could be their sounds come from a sub-domain, or something else entirely that for some reason is blocked...
