Hi Guys,

I have a little problem that hopefully you will be able to help me with; On Moodle we have some video files that have been embedded. Sometimes when people play them; it shows the video screen pitch black and no movement can be seen, but sound can be heard. It's not the version of internet browser as it has been flagged up on many different types.

Any clues? Thank You in advance!
