    Would your filtering block this

    An interesting one this,

    does any of you school filtering systems filter this google search?

    milford - Google Search

    we have a member of staff who child goes to a school in this place, and you can guess why it is being blocked, but do your filtering systems block it?

    yeah we just thort it was hilarious when they guy on the phone was trying to explain why it was blocked!

    Embarrassing - yes, if you have search term filteing on. I'll get "milf" "scunthorped" in the search term lists asap... or perhaps I'll make "milford" an allowed term. Hmmm. Difficult to balance this one.

    FWIW, pages on "milford" are safe - this is a specific problem with search term filtering, so the way to fix it short term is to allow milford as an explicitly permitted search term.

    Ah wait.. I think I know how to solve it. Heh.. I'm on it.

    No problems there - nor with wristwatch.... tho I did just get blocked as "forums" when I hit reply without changing my proxy back (I proxy through my rather draconian test setup over the VPN for test purposes!)
