    Smartcache :Active Directory authentication

    Since changing from :

    RM SmartCache Client

    to

    Active Directory authentication

    I have had several users complaining of pop up messages....

    I've attached a screenshot...the ip address is the one for our smartcache...

    Does anyone recognize the icon on the taskbar for this? or have any clue why it's doing this?

    Still waiting for the upgrade on my SmartCache, they told me yesterday it hadn't been released yet! Are you a trial site/new SmartCache customer?

    The icon is the same one that's used for the Program Updates part of InstallShield Software Manager, but that may be coincidence.
