Default Smoothwall SG2008 reports are blank

I can get information out of our smoothwall about students internet access via Information > Logs > Web filter but if I try and run any report from within Information > Reports they all come back blank.

Any ideas?! Logging server and database server are ticked green on the Smoothie homepage.

Database server is probably running, but something fishy is within. Suggest getting support to have a poke about - sometimes the database gets itself confused and needs a bit of a kick up the backside to start working again!

I'm seeing exactly the same thing happening here. It happened after the FP3 update was applied, so I'm guessing that this has made some database changes which the SG didn't like. I'm going to try and rebuild the database over the weekend to see if that sorts it. Would be interesting to know if many others have seen the same fault after applying FP3.

I had this on my old install. But my fresh one seems to be working. Smoothwall support will fix it for you. I just never got round to getting them remote access for us so it got left for ages.

Yeah I had it before, but support fixed it (when I still had some support left). Then after FP3 it's broken again!

@mounters - talk to your account manager (just ring sales and ask if you dont know who that is) and I am sure they will manage to sort something out for you. I'd go poking about there myself for you but i am out of the office.
