What's running on port 2323? Also what software is the machine auto starting, especially anything which other machines are not autostarting?

The machine is a stand alone pc running xp pro and has no real software installed upon it apart form office, itunes and nero. From what I can see there is nothing running on that port.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microso* ft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet* Settings
"ProxyServer"=
"ProxyEnable"=
"ProxyOverride"=
I have also been through the local security policy and there is nothing there that shouldn't be.
