Is it just me who gets this?

We have classes all trying to set up LiveIDs and get an error saying we've hit the daily limit for creating LiveIDs, in Yahoo's case it's a 999 error on email login.

Basically down to too many requests coming from the same IP (firewall) - does anyone else get this and is there a way to get onto some kind of whitelist for multiple client requests?
