Block ILoveIM IP Addresses - Free

I have gotten fed up of late with trying to keep up with the students and there many ways of getting onto ILoveIM (using IP Addresses) so i decided to write a small DLL to block them for me. The DLL plugs into IE7/8 as an add on and everytime a student tries to view a website it checks the URL to see if they have used an IP address. I have posted the source code for my version 1 of this at http://schoolictsupport.blogspot.com and you are free to use/improve/etc as you wish. I have implemented mine in the school to check the IP address against a SQL Express database, and if the address does not exist in the database, then it is added, as unchecked. I can then go through the IP addresses on my machine and if the site is 'legitimately needed' i can authorise it. If i allow the site, then the DLL will allow IE to continue loading. I am working on versions for FF and Opera, and will updat ethe blog when i have some working source.

Feedback will be much appreciated, and if anyone has any issues i will try to help
