Hi People,
Someone brought to my attention earlier on today a problem with google documents. When she tries to view an excel document within the site, the screen just goes black. Does anybody know if any software needs to be installed to be able to view things like this? We have tried removing cookies, clearning cache, sorting out the security settings. It works if the document is exported into Microsoft Excel, but that isn't what she wants to do as the spreadsheet is edited live amongst other schools that also access it.
Any other ideas?
