Sparklebox unkown zone
I have added SparkleBox - 1000s FREE printable Early Years and KS1 teaching resources - phonics, posters, labels, signs, activities and more! as a trusted site and allowed files to be downloaded from trusted sites via group policy. This is fine on other websites but sparklbox for some reason shows up as "Unkown zone mixed" which then spits out the error message "your current security setting does not allow this file to be downloaded"
Any suggestions how i can download files from this site?

Its Rm's Smartcache "safetynet" which is allowing downloads from the site. Its group policy thats blocking the download. We have a ban on all downloads from websites unless they have been added (in group policy) to trusted sites. I have added sparklebox but the website shows that its in "unknown zone-mixed" which is why i cannot download from it.

Hi
We're not entirely sure, but it may be that our resources are stored on several different domains, which will probably each need unblocking?
If you contact us at enquiries@sparklebox.co.uk we can provide you with a full list of all the URL's that will need unblocking.
We hope this is of help.
Regards,
SparkleBox Web Team.
