Did you find the answer to this? As this is exactly what I need to achive so we can allow parents who have forgotten there passwords to reset them though our SharePoint portal.

15th October 2009, 11:38 AM #3 I found the answer if it’s of help to anyone in the future; make sure the rule condition is for All Users not just Authenticated Users and make sure in the Listener, Authentication, Advanced that the require all users to authenticate isn’t ticked.

21st October 2009, 11:19 PM #4 One thing to do is to test you annoymous access within you network first, direct to the sharepoint sever. Make sure you get this working first and then work on you Listener in ISA

Don't forget you also need to configure SharePoint for anonymous access both in web app config and in site config.
