OWA very slow externally after SP1 2007 upgrade

I'm having problems with OWA externally. It does loads up externally but very very slowly (this is after SP1 upgrade) internally its fine. Im having no problems with upload speed via other things like logmein, I've checked logs and performance tests, still no joy! anyone help?

Seems that it might be a council problem! because owa test connectivity is 5000 - 20000 ms!

If anyone is interested in the solution:

Don't bond network cards with the new xenserver 5.5 upgrade.
