If anyone is trying to connect their SmoothWall (or other VPN device for that matter) to SchoolBase, you may have run into bother recently when they seem to have changed their settings.

Our support team reliably inform me that a few folks ran into this (thanks Anton!) and there is now a kb article on it:

Should apply to any VPN device, not just Smoothie.
