    Strange speed issues

I should have known that the system had been running too well for the holidays...

This morning come in to a message from the HM that he cant access the emails from home, so quickly bring up the mail server and see no one logged on, bar onsite staff. Not being able to get the error from on site i wonder down to his house and find that there seems to be no connection to our web server at all.

After faffing around all morning what i can work out is 1 line has good download speed and mostly no upload speed and the other line is so intermitendt that you cant open google. I've spoken to the ISP who say there is nothing wrong with the lines but i also cannot find any problems with the system this end.

Anyone know what could be causing this strange problem? Any ideas where to look, i've done the usual restarting all the equipment, checking connections etc.

Two ADSL lines? What's the router? Might need to power cycle them.

2 ADSL lines coming through a cisco router, with policy based routing so it can work out which line to send the traffic too. Have restarted the routers, firewall, servers.
