We have an odd situation documented by several people on here whereby the SWGfL easymail logs out amost immediately you use it. No one seems to have a solution
So.. I thought that I would install Firefox on the computer that it happens too.
I installed it on the machine, and copied the shortcut to the user profile so that they could see it when they logged on.(C:\program files\etc)
I logged on to the machine as admin and set up proxy, home page etc.
All was well - EXCEPT - every time the user logs on, it is as if Firefox has just been installed and all settings have to be reconfigured.
Is there anyway around this or have I done something silly? (probably )

either configure it under there profile if it will allow you or you need to find out the name of the folder where the prefs.js is and copy that from your profile to there profile under the correct directory

c:\documents and settings\%username%\...........

the prefs.js is in local settings\app data or somehwere along the lines of that.
