    VPN - Primary IP Address

Got an odd one and not working much with VPN's not sure if what I want can be done.

I have alot of people I see who use VPN's from their clients to connect back into bigger networks which isn't a problem except I have a piece of software that pick's up the IP of the PC as been the VPN client one rather than the local one. Is there a way to force it to show the local LAN as the primary one from within the system or not? Hope that makes sense.
