    Fttc connection will not authenticate

Has anyone had this happen when a new fttc connection will not authenticate? The bt test logon will not work either I got a fault logged with the ISP but BTO booking system did not work so I had two failed slots? My feeling is something more logical so not sure why I need the fibre engine to visit.

Have you Called BT Direct ?

If it wont authenticate is the link actually up and useable ? - THis is why an engineer might visit to make sure the link is actually working.
