Lightspeed and RDP
One of our schools has just had lightspeed installed and now they can't access a remote pc. Its just a plane old rdp session on port 3389. I've tried to remotely access my home pc too which also fails. I would presume it's something to do with lightspeed blocking it.
I've added the dns name as an exception but i'm now stuck, anyone have any ideas? I'd rather not have to wait for 40 minutes in a queue once again.

I know you guys are busy, but my experience of the service hasn't been good over the last couple weeks. I have to ring up everyday to see if our VPN has been setup on our managed router, if i don't ring up it just goes quite. i got cut off yesterday, rang up again and sat in a queue for 40 minutes before having to leave. I'm starting to wonder if i should be recommending you guys to our trust school. Sorry to have a rant, but this is taking up so much of my time.

I'll call you personally.

Thanks for the updates guys, The filtering issue with RDP is now sorted. The only outstanding option is the VPN which Carl said he was going to speak with his boss about.
