Have a strange one here in that our Careers Co-ordinator has signed up for "Think Future" website service which is run by Pearson.
Problem is when the Careers Co-ordinator has created an account after using the login details provided from a staff member at Pearson, we do not receive the automated welcome e-mail which allows us to activate the account.
I have tried using 3 different browsers as they have mentioned it could be a browser issue and still no e-mail, have checked the Co-ordinators spam box and it is not in there, when the staff member from Pearson sends an e-mail we receive this no problem, I have checked the e-mail queues and there is nothing being held.
I wondered if anyone else has had problems regarding this automated e-mail response from email@example.com ?
