Using DNS to redirect an IP address (Citrix IP address has changed)
Our office staff use thin clients that automatically connect to a citrix website. Came in this morning and none of them work. I am eventually told the IP address of Citrix has changed. They can manually enter the new IP address, and it's all working fine, but they would need to enter this IP address every day to connect.
The 'help desk' told me I could redirect the old IP address to the new one in DNS but he didn't tell me how to do that!
I've had a look, but I can't see anything obvious.

Not a lot to go on there..
Who's site is it,
Who's DNS is it?
How do they get the current IP?
