What would be the easiest (cheapest!) way to set up a VPN?

All we need it to do is for about 5 users to be able to connect to an internal IIS web server / service over their Internet link so they can access the finance ordering system at one of our external sites.

Logmein hamachi could be used. Its free and easy to setup tunnels through firewalls so no opening up ports etc to get it working.
