Squid - bypass auth for a list of domains

I want to add an acl to squid which bypasses the authentication requirement I have set up, for itunes and ipads and their apps.

I know what I want to put in as the acl rule command stuff:

    Code:
    acl bypassNTLM dstdomain "/etc/squid/bypassauth-sites.squid"
    http_access allow all bypassNTLM
However, I don't know the format I'd need to put the domains in inside the list.

    The domains are things like

    *.mzstatic.com
    securemetrics.apple.com:443
    *.phobos.apple.com

    etc...

How do I format these to include the 'catch all' subdomain parts?

    Answering my own question...

    for a *.itunes.apple.com, you list:

    .itunes.apple.com

    for just a domain icloud.com:

    icloud.com
