I don't know if this affects anyone else but when logged into Capitas Supportnet I can view and create new tickets. But I can't Add Notes or Close issues as I can an error 'You are not allowed to view this issue' (I can then view the issue!)

Capita seems to think its our firewall/filter, but capitaes.co.uk is whitelisted on our Smoothwall - nothing shows in the firewall logs (TMG) but I do see Forbidden (403) entries in the smoothwall logs for some http://support.capitaes.co.uk/websupport/ pages, even though they are covered by the whitelisting?

Has anyone else had this problem?
