Hi all, our school uses the LancsNGFL connection to get internet, which is usually fast as hell, today it's groud to a near halt, I've ran wireshark and seem to have a torrent of data coming in from 18.104.22.168, is anyone familiar with this address or could anyone explain why my internet connection is pretty much at 100% utilization because of this address?

|IP Address ||Country ||Region ||City ||ISP |
|22.214.171.124 ||United Kingdom ||England ||Lancashire ||Lancashire County Council |
| ||Continent ||Latitude ||Longitude ||Time Zone |
| ||Europe ||54.07 ||-2.83 ||GMT |
That's the datastream from the council?

Yeah, that's the only thing I could find too, just wanted to make sure it wasn't something foolish before I get on the phone to the ISP, which site did you use for that result?

I generally use this site:
IP Location Finder
It pulls the IP data from 3 sources..
For my IP here, for instance, the first box resolves our IP Provider, the second pops our IP info and the third gives a City/Location/Postcode.
