that enough sufficient info hasn't been provided!?! She pretty much entered info into all of the required boxes so we're confused! (Doesn't take much for me)
A member of staff here has a Hotmail account that has been blocked. We have been through the support pages where we have to enter various bits of info and then wait for a response but it keeps coming back saying that the information submitted isn't sufficient.
Does anyone know of a telephone number for support with Hotmail accounts as this is one of those examples where speaking to a human being would get the matter fixed within no time.
The problem with providing recovery info is that you can provide too much. It asks for all sorts of information that the user may never have put in the profile in the first place. If you then provide this information, it is of course different to the information on the profile and you fail.
Find out what, if anything, the user has put in her profile... chances are it's very little. Try setting up an account from scratch to find out what the bare minimum asked for actually is!
