I used to just ring them.
Either that or they usually give you a Cpanel login to look after things like that yourself.
Sometimes when you call in, they'll get you to email in your request or direct you to the cpanel anyways.

Careful with SPF, incorrectly configured filters will shred you emails a lot when SPF gets involved, we canned ours as the govt servers here kept messing up rDNS and chewing email.

    Try this though:
easySPF: an Ajax enabled SPF Wizard
    or
Sender ID Framework SPF Record Wizard
    or
    SPF: Tools

I believe Zen publish their email server spf records at _spf.zen.co.uk, so I guess your spf record would look something like yourdomain.co.uk. IN TXT "v=spf1 include:_spf.zen.co.uk ~all"

    SO v=spf1 include:_spf.zen.co.uk ~all should work? Thanks

I believe so, but as Synack said, be careful with SPF records, as they can mess up the delivery if not configured correctly. It'll be best to double check with the Zen support people to make sure nothing has changed.
