School Management System Comparison Grid?

Not sure I'm posting this in the right spot, but...

Can anyone point me to a features comparison grid for school management systems (E1 Phoenix, SIMS, etc.)?

I don't think that one exists, however there is lots of discussion about various MIS systems in the MIS forum, come on over there and have a browse.

I think if you ask the same question there, you'll start up a huge debate, which wont necessarily be useful to you. There is one thread where we briefly touched upon the idea of creating a wiki where we contribute our own pro's and con's which you could start discussing again.

The other option would be to get the marketing bumf from the companies and compare yourself.

Come over to MIS and list the companies you are considering, we can add more we know of, and you can go from there. As an international school you aren't limited by the stringent regulations that many MISes have to adhere to, so you could opt for one of the newer less advanced systems.
