Results are due for download to servers today, has anyone got them yet?
How do you view your results, do you import into Excel?
You still doing this?!
Our ICT Cluster decided that they would run with it this year and await further developments. Despite not now becoming a statutory requirement the NAA are still pushing forward with development to use the project as an assist to students to try and help their performance. My guess is they are still hoping that by keeping themselves visible they might be brought back into the fray in the future.
It would be interesting to know how many schools ARE actually still doing these tests. Perhaps I should have started with a survey!! Oh well.

Think figure of schools doing it is about 80% and there are some very good reasons for doing it which can't go into but there is post by Paul which has some very good reasons if only to get these teacher levels sorted out
But we will be doing new version of software next year as what we have seen it will be a very useful tool.
As matter in hand results should be down any time know and you goto on the aps manage tests click on the test and click results.
Then getting into to excel save as csv..

We are still using them and touch wood have had no problems so far (crosses fingers as we download the results) will keep you posted on how it goes.

We were going to carry on with them but because our MIS mangled it's plasc export so I couldn't use that to import the pupils we gave up.

Sorry, it had to be done :P
“Think figure of schools doing it is about 80%”
I was surprised to read that I get the impression around here its more like 80 to 90% not using it. Does that 80% cover schools like us that have it installed but don’t use it?
We skipped testing this year as its not suitable for us. But its left installed incase it improves.

Well here is from offcial document
"In 2007, 1191 schools and 124,298 pupils took part in the summative pilot test. Across the pilot schools the results were as follows:"
Not sure what % that is will ask...
Russ
Yup , got our results downloaded and printed out and whipped over to the exams officer. Our results were all pretty irrelevant though as in the end SMT just decided to blanket enter every student at the same ILA level
