We have just had to reinstall QCA (another problem for the server dying) and the census info has been imported, but when we try to save the xls file as a csv, it says it saves it as csv, the file extension changes etc, but you open it up and its still column seperated not comma.
I know this is probably a really easy thing we are overlooking, but can anyone shed some light on us :?
Cheers

Column seperated? You mean its still an xls file? Can the file open in notepad?

You mean it's separated by tabs if you open it in notepad? Simple-ish solution is to fire up excel and (IIRC) there's an advanced tab where you set the delimeter. Set this to "," rather than {tab}
