Just a rumor so far........

The interface for the tests may be sold to schools to allow students to become more familiar with it, don't know how this would work, perhaps schools could design there own tests / scenarios for students to work through. Or just have unrestricted access to the applications to become familiar with the way the interface works.

We did Population 2 on wed and thurs afternoon, 135 kids in each test.

It went really weel, was a bit slow when they all logged on and the last 20 pc's took a while to get the test data across but once running it was fine.

We had around 4 or 5 computers on each day that rebooted 5 mins before the end of the test but once logged back in and logged on again as the same user it ran the last bit of the test fine.

Had to get a couple of kids to log onto other pc's to finish the test but it worked ok.

On a whole it went very well and the 3 times we phone tech support they were really helpful.

We have around 20 kids doing it tomorrow who were absent over the times they should have sat the tests the first time.

Considering we ran it on average of 120 machines at once i am very pleased.

Just finnishing of fsession 2 this week had 130 studets at once doing it and it worked well. All problems were solved with a reboot.

The ICT teachers here do not like the interface at all and complain that it should be just like what they teach .

One question what is advised

When the students save files do they overwrite or create a new?
