default language and regional settings

i came accross a problem today, where pupils could not read their emails in the practice test. this was due to the regional settings being set to english US rather than UK. is there any way of changing these settings remotely, ie.. through a script or somthing?? as there are a number of machines that might still have the US settings on.

I used to use this custom .adm template when i had this problem.

All my machines have been re-imaged now so i dont need it but it did come in handy for a while.

Try it on a test OU before you use it on the default domain policy.
