God this thing has annoyed me! We have computer rooms with identical hardware in them. They are all built from the same Ghost image. They are on the same switch and the same fibre connection to our servers. They are on the same internet connection. And ffs they're Athlon 64 3000+ with 512MB RAM and 80GB hard drives which are more than enough to run what they want. Why do they insist on having us run this stupid little audit tool on every damn machine?! If it passes on one its gonna pass on the rest!

Because they believe you're probably running RM equipment which means none of the hardware will be the same lol!
They're just being thorough really and can you blame them with the amount of hardware options out there you could be trialing it in a school with several different configurations especially if you don't have the money to change all of the equipment at the same time.
Good grief I'm backing RM need..to..reach..for..dru...........
That's better got my medication.
I have to admit though their manual is useful even if the quick guide instructions aren't! Go to chapter 3 page 6 go to chapter 6 page 9 etc.. bl**dy stupid!
Get a quick reference that shows you everything needed to setup the system and not keep having to refer to the big manual!
