Diagnostics on the same CD

Can anyone recommend a good, ideally fairly recent software that contains multiple types of diagnostics on the same cd/drive etc? I am looking at the Win port of ultimate boot CD but can't seem to get it working, even though that itself is several years out of date.

Just thinking it would be so much easier to be able to run diagnostics from a single source that would diagnose and test as much hardware as possible in one go.

Any suggestions?

Why not just the normal Ultimate Boot CD or the new (now legal) Hirens?

What problems are you getting with UBCD4WIN?

I use it almost daily, especially now that I've slipstreamed in a couple of extras and have it on a multiboot key.

tried this by running the exe file and making a disc but it doesnt seem to have copied correctly any advice?

I normally download the ISO and burn the ISO
