Using Duplex printing in classroom enviroments
We have lots of duplex laser printers in our IT rooms but none of the staff or kids use the facility. The staff have all been shown how to use them but don't seem to bother and dont seem to bother telling the kids.
But.....they are all too eager to tell us of the amount of printing that is being done and the amount of pages that are being printed along with the paper being used.
Do you force your kids to use this facility or is it left to them?
You comments please?

Personally, I would enable it by default and then they can disable it if they need/want to.

yep thats what we do !!
Re: Using Duplex printing in classroom enviroments
We looked at this here recently, but found that very little of our print jobs are more than one page anyway so duplexers wouldn't help reduce wastage.
