iSCSI Issues.....
At my new place, they have had problems with their NAS reconnecting to the server on reboot.... you end up having to go into disk management to reactivate the disk.
Is there an easy way to sort this without resorting to changing the disks from Dynamic to basic (as that seems to be part of the problem!)

IIRC, my old Dell SAN (rebadged EMC) would only work on reboot if the disks were set as basic. Otherwise you would have to reconnect every time. What make model is it?

Not sure, Dos, as I haven't been over that side yet.....
All other info seems to suggest that it's because they're dynamic.....and I can't reformat as basic............yet!!!

If it's a Dell or EMC then chances are you will have to re-do the disks. Has it been running long? If not, who set it up?
To be fair though, Windows on the initial connection wants to format them by default as dynamic IIRC.
